WHAT TO EXPECT

Your in home spa or massage treatments will be performed by a professional licensed massage therapist. The therapist will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to set up the necessary equipment and create a relaxing atmosphere for the treatments.

A brief medical history form will be discussed as well as the specifics of what you want to receive from your services (i.e. relief of tension from a headache, soften skin and just relax).

Depending on what services will be provided the LMT will discuss how much room will be needed to set up the equipment. If you are receiving a table massage you will be draped by a sheet throughout the duration of the massage with the exception of what is being worked on. This is for your privacy and therefore you can dress down to your comfort level. If you are receiving a chair massage you remain fully clothed.
